For example, if you or your colleagues were treated badly at work it is probably more constructive to speak to a union rep, or perhaps all write a carefully worded letter to the Head of Personnel or HR than it is to start swearing or have a heated argument in the workplace.
It may be that you get angry now much quicker and perhaps more intensely than you did in the past. Perhaps that is because you were treated badly or unfairly.
